Step One
INITIAL CONSULTATION- 60-minute virtual video or in-home* consultation
- Discuss overall vision and goals for the space
- Develop an understanding of your style preferences, functional needs, and budget constraints
- Gather inspiration images, color preferences, and existing items you wish to incorporate
- Take necessary measurements
- Prior to the virtual consultation, the client will complete a design survey, email at least 3-5 photos showing the desired area in their home, and provide a short video of at least 30 seconds showing and describing the space.
- Please be advised that the initial consultation is non-refundable; however, there is no obligation to proceed with my services if you are not 100% satisfied with the initial consultation.
- *Please note: for in-home consultations, my hourly rate includes travel to and from your home.
Step Two
SOURCING & SELECTION- I will create a digital mood board that reflects our discussed vision, including color schemes, materials, furniture styles, and decorative elements that align with your preferences
- Once the design has been presented and I have received your feedback, I will tweak the details until you are satisfied
- Any necessary additional measurements and space planning will occur
- I will identify and source the necessary items (e.g., lighting, textiles, decor, custom pieces, furniture, etc.) to ensure they meet quality and budget requirements
- A digital product collage with associated affiliate links to the needed products will be provided
- In some cases (e.g., when obtaining my exclusive designer discount through select retailers), I will procure products and send a separate invoice for the cost of those items to you.
- Order management and coordination will take place during this phase. This involves managing logistics, handling any supplier issues, and ensuring all items meet design specifications.
Step Three
EXECUTION & ADJUSTMENTS- I will provide detailed instructions/virtual assistance on arranging the furniture, installing fixtures, and styling the space according to the design plan
- If additional help with installation is needed, you will coordinate with a handy family member/friend or local professional
- After the installation is complete, I will review the space with you to ensure everything aligns with our design vision
- Any necessary adjustments or tweaks will be made to perfect the final look
Pricing
- Interior design services are billed at an hourly rate of $125. Please note: for in-home consultations, my hourly rate includes travel to and from your home.
